Job Title: Electrical Foreman
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in the Columbus area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of electricians on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to discuss project specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor new electricians
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role
- Valid electrician license
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
