Job Description
The Electrical Foreman will lead and manage electrical teams on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality installation and adherence to safety standards. This role involves overseeing medium to large teams and occasionally traveling to project sites to maintain operational excellence and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical teams ranging from 6 to 15+ members
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain and oversee electrical equipment functionality
- Conduct quality control inspections for all electrical installations
- Oversee installation processes on commercial and industrial sites
- Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical work
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Electrician License
- OSHA Safety Certification
