You'll oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and installation to safety and mentoring.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, mentor, and train a crew of electricians and apprenticesEnsure safety compliance and enforce best practices on job sitesPlan, lay out, and oversee installation of electrical systems per specsRead and interpret blueprints and electrical drawingsTrack progress using Procore and collaborate using BluebeamMaintain strong communication with Superintendents and General ContractorsConduct inspections to ensure compliance with the NEC and job standardsPromote a safety-first culture aligned with OSHA standardsMinimum Requirements10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience2+ years of supervisory experience leading crewsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to pass a drug screenTwo (2) professional referencesValid driver's license and reliable transportationOwn and provide basic personal tools of the tradePreferred QualificationsGraduate of a certified apprenticeship or trade programRelevant credentials (e.g., OSHA-10, Journeyman License, etc.)Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and job tracking toolsReferral from a current Fountain Services employee (optional)Portfolio We deliver some of the highest-value and most complex electrical projects in the region.
