ELECTRICAL FOREMAN-JOB DESCRIPTION (School and Medical Buildings)
The primary aim is to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and client expectations. The role involves managing a team of electricians, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to client deadlines.
Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, team performance, and any incidents or deviations from plans.
Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

 


Experience:

Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the electrical industry.
Extensive experience in electrical service work, including troubleshooting and repair.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of electricians effectively.
Experience in coordinating project schedules and ensuring adherence to industry standards and client expectations.
