Pay: $28.00 to 39.00 /hr (based on experience) + overtime

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

The Role: Ready to take the lead with a growing team? We're looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman who enjoys leading crews, developing electricians, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish on high-profile commercial and industrial projects. Join our team for steady hours on some of West Tennessee's most recognized sites. Jack Hornsby Electric has completed major installations for Kirkland Cancer Center, Ballad Health Micro Hospital, Georgia-Pacific, Novalex / Duro, and Pope K-8 School. From coordinating crews on plan & spec commercial work to overseeing industrial maintenance projects, you'll play a key role in delivering quality work.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and supervise crews on commercial and industrial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, coordinating layout and execution of projects
• Plan daily work schedules and ensure projects stay on track
• Ensure job site safety, quality standards, and code compliance
• Communicate with project managers, team members, and other trades

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
• Previous foreman or leadership experience is strongly preferred
• OSHA training or certifications are preferred
• Strong ability to read blueprints and manage job site execution
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
