Electrical Foreman

M R ELECTRIC INC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations and deliver high-quality electrical work in LA County.

Position Summary

The Electrical Foreman will oversee daily jobsite activities, coordinate crew performance, and ensure all electrical installations and projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role combines hands-on leadership with strong planning and communication skills to keep work moving and standards consistently met.

In this position, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating tasks on-site, supporting quality workmanship, and maintaining compliance with applicable codes and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Interpret project plans, drawings, and work instructions to guide installation and troubleshooting activities.

• Ensure work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety procedures, and job specifications.

• Coordinate materials, tools, and jobsite readiness with project stakeholders to prevent delays.

• Conduct jobsite walkthroughs and quality checks, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and jobsite leadership.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and job documentation.

• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical safety practices and jobsite procedures.

• Strong communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to delegate effectively.

• Ability to work onsite in various LA County locations and manage day-to-day site demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew or serving in a foreman role on electrical projects.

• Familiarity with scheduling, organizing work flow, and coordinating jobsite resources.

• Experience with commercial or residential electrical systems.

• A strong record of quality workmanship and timely project execution.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $35.00 - $45.00
