Position Summary
The Electrical Foreman leads field operations for assigned projects, supervising electrical crews and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all codes and specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct electrical field crews
Coordinate work with other trades, departments, and contractors to maintain project schedules
Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
Serve as a liaison between the field and other departments
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve issues
Identify and address construction and productivity challenges
Monitor and enforce safety standards; implement corrective actions as needed
Support planning, scheduling, and overall project execution
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the electrical field (commercial or industrial), or equivalent training and experience
Proven ability to lead and supervise crews of 10 or more team members
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening (drug and background checks)
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $30 – $40 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Work Environment
This is a field-based leadership role that may include:
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Driving to and between job sites
Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Working with construction materials, tools, and equipment
