Location: Midland, TX Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a growing electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of large-scale projects in the Midland, TX area. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews of 5 or more electricians and apprentices.
Coordinate daily field activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
Plan work assignments, manage manpower, and coordinate material and equipment needs.
Maintain quality control while ensuring compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
Mentor and develop field personnel while promoting a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications
Active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
Experience leading crews on large-scale multifamily residential and/or commercial construction projects.
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ electricians.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
OSHA 30 Certification preferred (training can be provided if not currently certified).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $90,000–$110,000, based on experience.
