Electrical Foreman | Commercial & Industrial Projects

The best foremen don’t just run work. They set the tone for the entire jobsite.

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who can lead crews with confidence, keep projects moving, and maintain high standards for safety, productivity, and workmanship. This role is built for someone who understands the field, earns respect through action, and knows how to balance production with quality execution.

You’ll oversee day-to-day electrical operations on commercial and industrial projects while working closely with project leadership, other trades, and field teams to keep work on schedule and running efficiently.

Why Work With Us

  • Full-time opportunity with long-term project stability
  • Work on large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Team-focused culture built around accountability, craftsmanship, and safety
  • Opportunity to lead experienced electricians and mentor developing talent
  • Fast-paced environment where leadership and field knowledge are valued
  • Company committed to quality execution and operational excellence

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and supervise electrical crews on active commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Coordinate day-to-day field activities to maintain productivity, quality, and schedule performance
  • Assign work, manage manpower, and provide leadership to electricians and apprentices
  • Train and mentor crew members to support development and long-term team success
  • Plan and schedule electrical work in coordination with project managers and other trades
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and electrical codes
  • Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and PPE requirements
  • Lead daily safety meetings and maintain strong safety awareness across crews
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow
  • Troubleshoot electrical and field-related issues to minimize delays and maintain project momentum
  • Maintain accurate reporting for labor hours, job progress, materials, and safety documentation
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and field leadership

What You Bring

  • Strong journeyman-level electrical experience
  • Proven experience leading crews on commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, distribution, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing manpower, workflow, and project schedules
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced construction environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to safety, accountability, and high-quality workmanship

Physical & Work Environment

  • Combination of office and active construction site environments
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, dust, and industrial jobsite activity
  • Travel up to 10% depending on project needs
  • PPE required in designated work areas and project sites

Strong foremen create organized jobsites, productive crews, and projects that stay ahead instead of constantly playing catch-up. If you lead from the front and take pride in building teams as much as building projects, we’d love to connect.
