Total Ascension Group is a small, rapidly growing electrical contracting company based in Tulsa, OK. We specialize in commercial and industrial electrical projects across Oklahoma. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, clear communication, and a strong, supportive team culture. We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead night shift crews and oversee on-site execution of electrical projects.

Work Schedule:

  • Night Shift: Sunday night – Thursday night
  • Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
  • Travel: Up to 100% (primarily Tulsa & OKC, with occasional travel throughout Oklahoma)

Project Duration: Typically 16 - 21 weeks

Travel Support & Provisions

  • Company vehicle provided for work-related travel
  • Lodging provided for overnight stays outside a 60-mile radius from the office
  • Per diem provided for meals and incidentals during overnight travel

Position Summary
This is a working foreman role—you’ll not only lead and supervise crews but also work hands-on in the field. You’ll oversee job site execution, coordinate with project managers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise job site electrical crews during night shift operations
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Ensure work is completed in compliance with NEC and local codes
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and daily tasks on site
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring (120V–480V), transformers, lighting, motor control, and switchboards
  • Perform conduit bending and installation (EMT, rigid, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform repairs
  • Enforce and model strong safety practices and protocols
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and communication with project managers
  • Perform proper Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures to ensure safety during maintenance and repair work

Requirements

  • Oklahoma Electrical Journeyman License (Required)
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical construction (commercial/industrial preferred)
  • Prior experience in a foreman or leadership role required
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must supply own tools per company tool list
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Physically able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work at heights, crawl, and kneel as needed
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing team workflow

Pay:

$36.00 – $45.00 per hour, depending on experience, + 7% Night Differential
