Electrical Foreman

A well-established local electrical contractor is looking to add an experienced Electrical Foreman to their team. The company has a strong backlog of local commercial and industrial projects and is looking for someone who wants steady local work with an established contractor.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Foreman who can lead crews, keep projects moving, and maintain a high standard of quality and safety in the field.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage electrical crews on local commercial and industrial projects

- Coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, and equipment

- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades

- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans

- Monitor project schedules and communicate progress

- Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions

- Maintain quality control and ensure installations meet project requirements

- Train and mentor electricians and apprentices

Requirements:

- 5+ years of electrical construction experience

- Previous Foreman experience preferred

- Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background

- Ability to read electrical plans and specifications

- Strong understanding of electrical installation methods and codes

- Ability to lead crews and communicate effectively

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
