Are you an experienced Electrical Foreman, ready to lead and make a significant impact on public works and school projects? Our well-established construction company is looking for a Permanent Electrical Foreman - Prevailing Wage, to join our dynamic team. You will be at the heart of our high-profile commercial installation projects, ensuring that all electrical work is performed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all aspects of electrical commercial installations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Leading and managing a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, and ensuring optimal performance.
3. Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Implementing and maintaining strict safety compliance measures to create a safe and healthy work environment.
5. Utilizing construction management software, such as Bluebeam and Procore, to effectively plan, schedule, and track project progress.
6. Participating in project planning and scheduling, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and timelines are met.
7. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
8. Resolving on-site issues and challenges promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in electrical commercial installations, public works, and school projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction management and scheduling principles.
4. Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Bluebeam and Procore.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
6. Thorough understanding of safety compliance standards in the construction industry.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. An electrical license or equivalent qualification is preferred.
