We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a growing electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the Richmond, VA area. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews of 5+ electricians and apprentices.
Manage daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project requirements.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Ensure installations meet quality standards, NEC requirements, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
Mentor and develop electricians while promoting a positive team culture.
Maintain strong communication and documentation throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
Experience managing crews of 5+ electricians.
Proven experience on large-scale multifamily residential and/or commercial construction projects.
Experience with healthcare and/or data center projects strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and code requirements.
OSHA 30 certification preferred (training can be provided if not currently certified).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be a motivated self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $90,000–$130,000+, depending on experience level.
