Minimum of 12,000 hours of verifiable electrical experience (W-2 documentation required; verification will be completed through the Local Union).
Prior supervisory experience.
Proficiency with construction technology, including tablets, computers, and related software.
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Commitment to enforcing safety and attendance standards, establishing performance expectations, and holding team members accountable.
Ability to obtain membership with IBEW Local 613 (assistance will be provided; W-2 documentation is required for this process).
Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction from a General Foreman.
