Electrical Foreman/Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical team on-site and ensure the successful execution of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and electrical crews.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Plan and schedule daily work activities and project phases.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

Qualifications:

• Valid electrician’s license or certification.
• Minimum [10] years of experience in electrical work, with [5] years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and other relevant electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to work in various environments and conditions.
