Lead the Charge: Electrical Foreman

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing electrical contracting business. In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects together. You’ll supervise a team of electricians, ensuring all electrical projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

But that’s not all! You’ll also play a vital role in mentoring and training the next generation of electricians. You’ll share your expertise and help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Supervising and coordinating a team of electricians to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Troubleshooting electrical problems and diagnosing issues.
• Ensuring adherence to all safety codes and regulations.
• Keeping projects on track and within budget.
• Training and mentoring electricians in safe work practices and electrical skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and wiring
• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Proficient in conduit bending, branch wiring and other trade related skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A high attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pass drug test
