Position Overview
As an In-Field Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating crews, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on large commercial job sites. This is a hands-on role where leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial projects
Manage crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans
Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations
Communicate progress and issues to project management
Qualifications
3 5 years of experience running large-scale commercial electrical projects
Proven ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple aspects of a job from start to finish
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Reliable transportation to job sites across the Greater Houston area
