Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Responsible for managing
commercial and industrial electrical projects<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Responsible for managing mid -rise
multi -family residential apartment buildings<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience leading a team of up
to 15 electricians, assigning required daily tasks <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Job site management of materials
for work to be completed<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Tracking manpower for specific
tasks and assuring efficient execution<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Coordinating and communicating
project updates with the office team regarding change orders and other
pertinent project information<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Successful completion of projects
within scheduled deadlines and budgets<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong communication with the
project manager, client and other trades<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Able to complete and deliver
as -builts and project closeout documentation<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>- 10+ years of experience in
commercial, industrial, and mid rise residential multi family projects
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Must have 6+ years of leading a
team of electricians
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Four year training with
accredited electrical school required with journeyman certificate
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Company van provided with gas
card
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Possess excellent communication
skills, professional demeanor, and detail oriented
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Must possess strong knowledge of
NEC
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - OSHA 30 or willing to obtain
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Must have valid driver's
license
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
