Electrical General Foreman
Montgomery County, PA
Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $42.00
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Responsible for managing mid-rise multi-family residential apartment buildings
- Experience leading a team of up to 15 electricians, assigning required daily tasks
- Job site management of materials for work to be completed
- Tracking manpower for specific tasks and assuring efficient execution
- Coordinating and communicating project updates with the office team regarding change orders and other pertinent project information
- Successful completion of projects within scheduled deadlines and budgets
- Strong communication with the project manager, client and other trades
- Able to complete and deliver as-builts and project closeout documentation
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, and mid rise residential multi family projects
- Must have 6+ years of leading a team of electricians
- Four year training with accredited electrical school required with journeyman certificate
- Company van provided with gas card
- Possess excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and detail oriented
- Must possess strong knowledge of NEC
- OSHA 30 or willing to obtain
- Must have valid driver's license
