Due to rapid growth, they are expanding their Electrical Design Engineering team and are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer – Level III to support complex, high-impact projects.This is a senior-level, hands‑on engineering role for someone who can work with minimal supervision, apply sound judgment, and take ownership of electrical designs from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem‑solver who can develop clean, efficient electrical diagrams—and identify and correct issues before they reach the field.Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate electrical design activities within assigned engineering projectsAnalyze schematics, specifications, drawings, and related data to determine design requirementsDevelop and self‑verify accurate electrical device layouts, panel layouts, motor schematics, control schematics, I/O diagrams, and bills of materialsEnsure designs comply with engineering standards, company guidelines, and customer contract requirementsSupport Project Managers, Field Engineers, Purchasing, and Panel Fabrication teamsEvaluate, approve, and release design changes and drawing updatesUtilize CAD and drafting software to produce detailed electrical designsCommunicate design progress and task status to the project teamDesign electrical systems including power distribution, industrial control panels, and industrial network architecturesInterface directly with customers to support installation, commissioning, and required design modificationsProvide technical guidance and, when needed, oversee the work of other designersOther responsibilities as requiredQualifications / Requirements 7+ years of electrical design engineering experience in industrial, controls, or automation environmentsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, specifications, and technical documentationExperience designing control panels, motor control circuits, and industrial power distribution systemsProficiency with CAD and electrical design toolsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyCombination of office and job site settingsCollaborative, fast-paced, growth-oriented culturePhysical Requirements Prolonged sitting when in an office environmentStanding and walking for extended periods at job sites#J-18808-Ljbffr
