This is a high-intensity, travel-heavy field role where you will support professional teams installing and upgrading critical infrastructure at Amazon warehouses across the United States.

Your Role & Learning Opportunities
Trade Support: Assist Journeyman Electricians and Controls Technicians with on-site installations and upgrades.
Safety & Operations: Act as a safety spotter for lift operations and assist with job site setup and material handling.
On-the-Job Training: Learn the basics of electrical and controls work with the potential to grow into a specialized technician role.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a dedicated 3-person travel crew to meet project deadlines at major national sites.
Requirements for Smart Sourcing
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Travel Commitment: 100% willingness to stay on the road for approximately 3.5 months (Mid-July to early November) with limited time off.
Onboarding: Ability to provide reliable transportation to Lowell, AR for initial training and orientation.
Physical Readiness: Comfortable with long workdays (1213 hours), physical labor, and active construction environments.
Compliance: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check (no convictions within the last 7 years).
Attitude: A strong work ethic, a "readiness to learn" mindset, and a great attitude are essential.
Travel, Compensation & Perks
