Description


A Top Electrical Helper in industrial electrical work is a skilled support professional who assists electricians and lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities


Assist with installation of conduit, cable trays, and industrial wiring systems
· Installation of underground duct bank conduit systems
· Pull, route, and secure electrical cables
· Support installation of motors, control panels, transformers, and switchgear
· Use and maintain hand tools and power tools properly
· Read basic blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings
· Maintain clean and organized work areas
· Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations
· Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


trong understanding of electrical safety practices
· Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
· Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, climbing, bending)
· Basic knowledge of electrical theory and components
· Good teamwork and communication skills
· Ability to follow instructions accurately
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience in industrial or commercial electrical work
· Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code)
· Ability to operate lifts or other site equipment
