We are seeking a motivated and reliable Electrical Helper to join our team. This position supports electricians in residential and commercial electrical work, including installations, troubleshooting, and general job site assistance.
Responsibilities:
Assist electricians with installations, repairs, and service work
Run basic tools and materials as directed
Pull and prepare wiring, conduit, and devices
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of electrical or construction experience required
Must have reliable means of transportation to the office
Must supply own basic personal hand tools
Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and job site safety
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in residential electrical work
Familiarity with NEC standards
Desire to grow into a lead electrician role
