Main Duties:
- Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance.
- Act as the Electrical Engineer for the Maintenance Department at the site.
- Keep plant electrical single line diagrams current, including related Arc Flash Analysis and Labeling.
- Act as an Authority having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for compliance with NPFA 70E.
- Develop and manage suitable Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedules.
- Proficiency with PLCs, Instruments, DCS systems, UPS Systems, and low-voltage systems.
- Familiarity with DC voltage systems utilized in plant operations.
- Provide functional insights for Maintenance in new Process Equipment specifications.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience with PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives and motors, power distribution systems, and related equipment.
- Ideally, experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Thermography, and Motor Circuit Analysis.
- Experience in Chemical Manufacturing with Process Safety Management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 months in the current role.
