Write reports that hold up. Produce daily inspection reports capturing the WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, and HOW of observed work — flagging progress, deficiencies, and safety concerns while they're still fixable.

Hold the line on code. Verify contractor compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC, NFPA 70, 70E, 72) and LAWA-specific standards.

Protect the budget. Track and document time-and-material work, field changes, and job quantities. Help validate contractor progress payments against the approved schedule of values.

Coordinate the specialists. Support special inspections and testing with engineers, contractors, and third-party agencies.
