Job Responsibilities
Electrical System Installation \u2013 Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes
System Inspections & Testing \u2013 Conduct inspections and electrical tests to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics \u2013 Diagnose electrical problems, identify system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions
Customer Interaction \u2013 Communicate with homeowners to explain electrical issues, recommend solutions, and provide service updates
Code Compliance \u2013 Ensure all electrical installations meet national, state, and local electrical codes
Service Calls & Estimates \u2013 Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate cost estimates for proposed electrical work
Documentation \u2013 Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, installations, repairs, and materials used
Safety Compliance \u2013 Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE usage, and best practices to ensure safe and efficient service
Customer Service \u2013 Deliver outstanding service with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset
\ufe0f Qualifications
Experience \u2013 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role
Licensing \u2013 Valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations
Technical Knowledge \u2013 Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, panel installations, wiring, outlets, lighting, and code requirements
Service Software \u2013 Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus
Communication Skills \u2013 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical work clearly to customers
Attention to Detail \u2013 Ability to perform accurate installations and diagnostics while maintaining high safety and quality standards
Customer-Focused \u2013 Dedicated to delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Driver's License \u2013 Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
