Ensure installation quality on project sites, including both manufacturing and subcontractor work.
Complete quality checklists andsubmitcorrective actions when discrepancies areidentified.
Maintain on-site safety, including performing safety audits and enforcing standards.
Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify specifications and accurate installation per Dematic standards.
Provide on-site reporting on schedule, resources, and project status to project leads and/or customers.
Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.
Write clear, concise, andtimelytrip reports according to Dematic procedures.
Identifyand resolve on-site problems, and perform physical tasks as needed (push, pull, crawl, squat, lift at least 50lbs).
Minimum of 10 years’experience introubleshootingelectricalequipment.
Service experience with AGVs, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred.
Experience in quality assurance and adherence to installation standards.
OSHA 30certification.
Ability to lift at least 50lbsand perform physical tasks on-site.
Proficient with personal computers,spreadsheets, andweekly status reporting.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to work weekends, holidays, off-shifts, and overtime as needed.
