• Compensation: $20-$25/hr based on experience

What You''ll Do:

• Assist with main electrical panel upgrades, panel swap-outs, and swapping circuit breakers and disconnects.
• Run electrical cables and install protective conduit piping safely and efficiently.
• Set up electrical panels, circuit breakers, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Install ceiling fans, backup generators, gas lines for new generator units, and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and manage vehicle inventory for maximum efficiency.
• Complete invoices, timecards, and project documentation with accuracy and speed.
• Actively engage in training sessions, team meetings, trade shows, and company retreats.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of hands-on electrical experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technical installation tasks quickly.
• Clear written and verbal skills for both team coordination and expert customer interaction.
• High integrity, a positive attitude, a collaborative approach, and a personal drive for continuous self-improvement.
• A valid driver's license with an insurable record; must pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements and Work Location:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and at various heights.
• Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
