This role will coordinate between all parties (Spain, Japan, China). Instrument, controls, panels, etc. At least 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of E&I projects from planning through construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Lead site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
- Review and approve project plans, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management and clients.
- Manage project variations, claims, and commercial aspects of the contract.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline. Experience in Lieu of degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation projects within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or EPC environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, PLC, DCS, ESD, SCADA, and commissioning activities.
- Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, LNG Facilities, Gas Processing Plants, Pipeline Projects, or Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas Construction.
