Electrical Journeyman Lead

TradeSTAR is Hiring Commercial Journeyman Electricians with Lead Experience!

We are looking for experienced Commercial Journeyman Electricians who have lead experience for projects in the Houston area.

If you have strong commercial electrical skills and are ready to take the lead on a crew, we want to hear from you.

What We re Looking For:

• Commercial electrical construction experience

• Journeyman-level electrical experience

• Previous Lead Electrician or Foreman experience

• Ability to lead and direct a crew

• Experience reading blueprints, electrical plans, and schematics

• Layout and installation of commercial electrical systems

• Conduit installation and bending

• Wire pulling, terminations, and device installation

• Panels, disconnects, lighting, and electrical equipment

• Ability to coordinate with Foremen, project management, and other trades

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safe work practices

• Ability to maintain productivity, quality, and safety on the job

Ideal Candidates:

• Experienced Commercial Journeyman Electricians

• Previous leadership experience in commercial construction

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Dependable and able to manage a crew effectively

• Safety-minded and quality-focused

• Able to work independently and solve problems in the field
