Electrical Journeyman

Static Electric, Inc. seeks a motivated journeyman to install and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings. The candidate must have expertise in electrical tasks and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems adhere to local, state, and national code.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Work with construction teams onsite to facilitate efficient electrical installations.
• Oversee and regulate expenses while ensuring compliance with the project budget.
• Lead and provide daily guidance to apprentices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• You are a Washington State licensed 01 Journeyman.
• Safety is part of your day-to-day operations.
• You are a self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• You have the ability to build and foster collaborative relationships.
• You demonstrate excellent decision-making abilities.
• You are able to conduct risk management and contingency planning, negotiation of complex or sensitive issues to a favorable resolution.
• You are able to understand, train, and enforce the company's quality program, processes, and standards. Manage the inspection and acceptance of work performed by company resources or contracted third parties.
• You must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• You must be able to meet minimum tool requirements.
