Job Overview:

Job Summary**

The Electrical Laborer - Lucy will assist skilled electricians with various tasks on electrical construction projects, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist electricians with pulling wire, installing conduit, and connecting electrical components.
* Dig trenches and excavate for underground electrical installations.
* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
* Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the lead electrician or supervisor.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Prior experience in a construction or manual labor role is a plus.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
* Basic understanding of electrical safety practices is a benefit.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
