$25–$50+ per hour (performance-based, uncapped)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical installations
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Interpret blueprints and job specifications to plan layouts in compliance with local codes
- Complete whole-home rewires and other residential electrical projects
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every job
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of residential electrical experience required
- 5+ years of experience strongly preferred (ideal candidate)
- Experience with residential new construction highly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
