Electrical Lineman Instructor

Custom Personnel has a client seeking a dedicated Training Instructor to guide students through the fundamentals of electrical line work, ensuring they develop the skills and discipline necessary for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor 10-15 students in both classroom and hands-on training environments.
• Have a positive and engaging learning atmosphere, whether in the classroom, training yard, or on field excursions.
• Encourage punctuality and professionalism among students.
• Evaluate students with daily performance-based grades to track progress and skill development.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable electrical linework experience.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication skills to engage and instruct students effectively.
• A positive attitude: your mindset sets the tone for the classroom.
• Must be highly organized and dependable.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure student success.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
• CDL Class A License
