We are seeking a motivated Electrical Helper to support industrial electrical operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and work alongside experienced professionals.
️ Responsibilities:
Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
Pull wire, mount electrical boxes, and help with conduit installation
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and support team with general labor as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an industrial or construction setting preferred
Familiarity with electrical tools and basic wiring techniques
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Must be reliable and punctual
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience working in civil or industrial construction environments
Schedule 6AM -6PM Rotating shifts
