- Requires 2+ years of supervising maintenance teams, with union experience being a plus.

- Must have experience handling multi-voltage outages and repairs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.
- A B.S. or A.A.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
