Exercise safe working practice at all times, complying with Lock-Out/ Tag-Out procedures.
Prepare and execute service calls, Emergency Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
Preform Preventive Maintenance & follow-up on Corrective Maintenance work orders.
Troubleshoot errors on electrical-mechanical fields as well as the basic PLC level in automated handling systems.
Preform basic PLC and VFD diagnostics, adjust setting/ parameters, and version control and backups.
Carry out electrical-mechanical and PLC related inspections, corrective and preventive maintenance as well as emergency maintenance.
Report and document carried-out operations and maintenance activities, including service reports, parts usage and warranty records through the Computer Maintenance Management System.
Advise and execute optimization of (sub) systems, consulting the supervisor, control and propose improvements for the quality of the service process.
Develop service supporting tools and means.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a technical environment, predominantly in industrial electrical systems and controls.
Degreed and / or certified as an electrician.
Strong, working knowledge on LMS, sensors, proximity switches and industrial network protocols (Asi, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
Understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings/prints.
