    Electrical Maintenance Technician — Industrial Systems

    Are you the go-to problem solver?

    Do complex control issues energize you? Can you scan a wiring diagram and quickly pinpoint a fault? Are PLCs, sensors, motors, and drives your comfort zone? If so, this role invites you to keep a fast-moving plant running safely and efficiently.

    The challenge

    • Own electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for production equipment and facility systems
    • Diagnose and restore performance of motors, drives, starters, breakers, transformers, and control systems
    • Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to guide safe, accurate work
    • Engage with PLCs, instrumentation, and electronic controls
    • Install/replace components: motors, valves, thermocouples, transmitters
    • Advance preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime
    • Document activities in CMMS; create/track work orders and locate parts
    • Operate mobile equipment and support rigging tasks when needed
    • Uphold safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

    Your toolkit

    • Industrial electrical maintenance experience
    • Expert troubleshooting across electrical and control systems
    • Exposure to PLCs, instrumentation, and automation (preferred)
    • Ability to read/interpret schematics and technical drawings
    • Familiarity with power distribution and AC/DC circuitry
    • Competence with hand tools, test instruments, and measuring devices
    • Self-starter who collaborates well with a team

    Conditions of work

    • Lift up to 100 lbs
    • Comfort at heights, within confined spaces, and in varying temperatures
    • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and repetitive motion
    • Work around dust, fumes, and typical industrial conditions
