Electrical Maintenance Technician — Industrial Systems

Do complex control issues energize you? Can you scan a wiring diagram and quickly pinpoint a fault? Are PLCs, sensors, motors, and drives your comfort zone? If so, this role invites you to keep a fast-moving plant running safely and efficiently.
The challenge
- Own electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for production equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose and restore performance of motors, drives, starters, breakers, transformers, and control systems
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to guide safe, accurate work
- Engage with PLCs, instrumentation, and electronic controls
- Install/replace components: motors, valves, thermocouples, transmitters
- Advance preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime
- Document activities in CMMS; create/track work orders and locate parts
- Operate mobile equipment and support rigging tasks when needed
- Uphold safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Your toolkit
- Industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Expert troubleshooting across electrical and control systems
- Exposure to PLCs, instrumentation, and automation (preferred)
- Ability to read/interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Familiarity with power distribution and AC/DC circuitry
- Competence with hand tools, test instruments, and measuring devices
- Self-starter who collaborates well with a team
Conditions of work
- Lift up to 100 lbs
- Comfort at heights, within confined spaces, and in varying temperatures
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and repetitive motion
- Work around dust, fumes, and typical industrial conditions
