Electrical/Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an Electrical/Maintenance Technician to join our Pewaukee, WI team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a solid mechanical foundation aiming to advance their maintenance career. You will receive hands-on training while collaborating with experienced technicians to enhance your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. You will work on maintaining advanced packaging equipment and develop expertise in preventive maintenance, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies.

Shift:

• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
• A four-day, 10-hour schedule may also be available.
• Occasional overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize production downtime
• Maintain and repair specialized printing and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance including inspections, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement
• Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting as skills develop
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and maintenance equipment safely
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to production and maintenance teams
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety policies
• Collaborate with team members and experienced technicians within a small team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of mechanical maintenance, mechanical repair, automotive, machine operation, or similar hands-on technical experience
• Mechanical aptitude with desire to develop advanced maintenance skills
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn specialized mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to follow technical instructions, ask questions, and collaborate with experienced technicians
