Job Summary:

EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking an Electrical Manager (Data Center Facilities) to support contract operations for a mission‑critical Intelligence Community customer in Pocatello, Idaho. The Electrical Manager leads all electrical infrastructure operations within the data center,ensuring continuous uptime and compliance with safety and performance standards. This role manages maintenance programs, electrical system upgrades, and incident response
for mission-critical power systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical systems: UPS, switchgear, generators, PDUs, grounding, and distribution.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize system reliability.
  • Lead electrical incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage electrical capacity planning and support expansion or retrofit projects.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and corporate electrical safety standards.
  • Supervise electrical technicians and contractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain documentation, single-line diagrams, and change management records
Qualifications:
  • Must have a Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Seven years of industrial experience, with five years at a Tier III data center supporting mission-critical electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
  • Experience leading technical teams in a 24/7 operational environment
  • Valid Drivers License
  • US Citizen
