Pay: $20.50–$23/hour (based on shift and experience)
Shift:1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
         2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Hire Sync is partnering with an industry leader in advanced power testing solutions to hire skilled Electrical-Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team in Valley View. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on mission-critical equipment used to test backup power systems for hospitals, data centers, airports, and other essential facilities around the world.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components to precise specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, work instructions, and BOMs
• Use hand tools and power tools including drills, punches, and rivet tools
• Identify and troubleshoot non-conforming parts during assembly
• Work within a team-focused manufacturing environment to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Assist in training and supporting other assemblers as needed
• Perform assembly work in a variety of production environments, including some confined spaces

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or industrial manufacturing
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting
• Basic shop math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
