Electrical Mechanical Assembler (Day Shift)
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:15 AM – 4:45 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Electrical Mechanical Assembler with experience in precision soldering and electronic assembly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to interpret technical documentation, and committed to producing high-quality work that meets industry standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble and work on a variety of antenna products.
- Perform precision soldering, rework, and touch-up of electronic assemblies.
- Use microscopes for inspection and detailed soldering tasks.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
- Operate hand and power tools, including electric screwdrivers and heat guns.
- Follow established manufacturing processes, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure all work meets IPC J-STD-001 workmanship requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with hand soldering and electronic component assembly.
- Ability to pass a hands-on soldering proficiency test.
- Experience using microscopes for assembly and inspection.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
