What You’ll Do
Mechanical Assembly: Build and align pumps, motors, valves, piping, and mechanical components. Mount equipment onto skids, base plates, and enclosures.
Electrical Wiring: Interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams to wire control panels, junction boxes, and VFDs.
Harnessing: Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate cables to create custom wiring harnesses for sensors, actuators, and controllers.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform continuity checks, voltage tests, and functional testing to ensure system reliability and safety.
Troubleshooting: Identify and correct mechanical or electrical issues during assembly and testing.
Safety: Follow all electrical (240/480V) and mechanical safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred
Technical/trade school training is a plus
Technical Skills:
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, crimpers, and multimeters
Blueprint Reading:
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
AC/DC control systems, irrigation equipment, plumbing/hydraulics
