What You’ll Do
  • Mechanical Assembly: Build and align pumps, motors, valves, piping, and mechanical components. Mount equipment onto skids, base plates, and enclosures.
  • Electrical Wiring: Interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams to wire control panels, junction boxes, and VFDs.
  • Harnessing: Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate cables to create custom wiring harnesses for sensors, actuators, and controllers.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform continuity checks, voltage tests, and functional testing to ensure system reliability and safety.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and correct mechanical or electrical issues during assembly and testing.
  • Safety: Follow all electrical (240/480V) and mechanical safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education/Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1–3+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred
    • Technical/trade school training is a plus
  • Technical Skills:
    • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, crimpers, and multimeters
  • Blueprint Reading:
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
    • AC/DC control systems, irrigation equipment, plumbing/hydraulics
