Position Summary With minimum supervision, performs maintenance functions on equipment, machinery, and buildings. Constructs machine components and performs plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.

Responsibilities

  1. Without supervision, is capable of completing all maintenance functions as required to building, machinery, mechanical equipment, and physical structure.
  2. Conducts diagnostic and troubleshooting inspections of equipment, making adjustments and repairs as necessary.
  3. Constructs machine components as required.
  4. Performs electrical and electronic work, including the design and installation of electrical circuits and controls.
  5. Constructs and repairs structures and fixtures from wood, plywood, and wallboard, following written or verbal instructions.
  6. Troubleshoots, repairs, and services hydraulic systems, including changing valves and other similar adjustments.
  7. Troubleshoots, repairs, replaces, and installs Servo Control.
  8. Troubleshoots PLC controls using laptop.
  9. Trains and develops other maintenance department personnel.
  10. Completes paperwork as required, including job cards, inspection reports, logs, etc.
  11. May be called upon to work late evening, early morning, or other unscheduled hours to perform necessary emergency repairs.

Qualifications Required:

  • High school education with four or more years experience in industrial maintenance.

Preferred:

  • Associates degree in industrial technology with emphasis in industrial maintenance and four or more years experience in industrial maintenance.

Closing Statement Competitive Compensation

  • Hourly pay range starts at $30.50
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
