Become an Electrical Plant Engineer at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job you'll play a critical role in supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our hydroelectric facilities. You'll partner with internal teams and external subject matter experts to deliver timely technical support, engineering analyses, and data-driven recommendations that enhance plant performance and availability. You'll lead and support failure investigations and root-cause analyses, leveraging forced outage data and performance trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. As a trusted engineering partner to operations, you'll proactively monitor system reliability, address performance challenges, and help shape maintenance and operational strategies that optimize asset health and long-term reliability.
