    • Work safely and follow customer and NTH safety programs in industrial, utility, and construction field environments.
    • Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction from project initiation through closeout.
    • Identify scope changes, communicate impacts to clients, and prepare additional service requests when appropriate.
    • Prepare and review contract documents, designs, and specifications for electrical power projects including electrical distribution, electrical substations, power generation, and renewable energy.
    • Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, plans, technical specifications, and reports, including day to day correspondence.
    • Lead, perform, or review the selection and specification of electrical equipment as required by project needs.
    • Lead, perform, or review engineering studies including load flow, voltage drop, short circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, and grounding analyses.
    • Prepare engineering proposals, work plans, and project pursuit evaluations (go/no-go decisions).
    • Attend and lead project-related meetings.
    • Track, review, and communicate project metrics including schedule, financial performance, and invoicing both internally and to customers.
    • Travel independently to customer sites for bid investigation, construction progress review or field engineering support.
    • Provide technical direction and project leadership to engineers, designers, and subcontractors assigned to project teams.
    • Develop and maintain expertise in one or more areas of electrical power engineering and serve as a technical resource to project teams.
    • Work closely and coordinate design with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers.
    • Support development of design standards, project management, and standard operating procedures.
