Key responsibilities include:
Scheduling and coordinating jobs based on priorities and timelines
Planning and managing inventory with the warehouse team
Monitoring project progress, budgets, and documentation daily
Communicating with field teams, management, and customers
Assisting with problem-solving and keeping projects on schedule
Supporting process improvements and operational efficiency
