IMEG is hiring an Electrical Designer in Las Vegas, NV or Broomall, PA, to work closely with experienced engineers and consultants in delivering engineering solutions that support positive client outcomes. In this role, you will assist with the analysis, design, and implementation oversight of electrical systems for buildings while helping projects stay aligned with budget, goals, and client expectations. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project delivery.
Primary responsibilities will include engineering analysis, design and
implementation oversight of electrical systems for buildings. This position will be expected to
work within the project's monetary budget, train, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional
teams to meet project goals and client expectations.
Principal Responsibilities
and tools to create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations according to code
requirements and IMEG standards
communicate technical information effectively. Build and maintain client relationships
through professional communication
in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling tasks to meet project deadlines and
objectives. Document design decisions and instructions from clients while monitoring
project design progress as related to percent complete and fee expended
engineers and consultants to develop practical and efficient solutions
specifications. Implement IMEG quality control processes to ensure that engineering
designs and solutions meet IMEG quality standards, industry standards and client
requirements
electrical engineering. Contribute to research, development, and innovation efforts within

Required Skills/Abilities

power system analysis and design software such as SKM/PTW, Easy Power, or other;
and proficiency in the use of BIM software and CTC Revit Add In Tools
Revu; the use of reference material resources such as NFPA Link, TechStreet,
MadCAD, and Facility Guideline Institution (FGI)
calculations, coordination, properties, etc. Knowledge of Master Specification editing
and software such as eSPECS

State of Nevada Salary Range: $86,000 - $120,000 Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
