Atwell, LLC is a leading consulting, engineering, and construction services company.Position SnapshotLead Electrical Engineer – energy experience. Current projects include oil & natural gas, CO, hydrogen, and RNG pipelines and facilities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDirect project team on various assignments as directed by the lead Project Manager providing technical guidanceRecommend and implement design changes per the client's requestCommunicate with clients, regulatory agencies, or the public as neededRespond to project inquiries.Serve as liaison between clients and project team members.Ensure team performance and provide leadership to project teamsSupervise, advise, and assist assigned project team members.Foster teamwork within project teams and other teams within the firm.Maintain professional and technical knowledgeEstablish personal networks.Participate in applicable professional societies and trade associations.Achieve team performance objectives as well as individual objectives.Work closely with other Energy teams within Atwell to take advantage of expertise and share resources.Willing to travel when necessaryEDUCATIONBachelor's degree from an accredited university in Electrical, Petroleum or related field requiredProfessional License (PE) highly preferredDAY TO DAYManage the engineering activities related to design for major oil & gas / energy projects (pipelines & facilities) throughout the US and serve as the main point of contact.Provide engineering technical input into projects at various stages (from feasibility/preliminary to detailed design), coordinate engineering design efforts with EPC or external consultants to review and comment on design submittals, and ensure all deliverables meet project specifications.Manage external engineering firms, subcontractors, and various engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, structural, etc.) to achieve the highest level of engineering and design for project execution and actively identify all critical risks, issues and impacts of the project, specifically the adequate application of and adherence to corporate health & safety and environmental requirements.Review/monitor contractors' progress and monitor the progress related to key project milestones.Coordinate internally with development, engineering, permitting, GIS and land groups.Assist procurement in running RFPs and managing the process to subcontractors.Remain up to date on new technologies and regulatory conditions including vendor qualifications, industry best practices, safety standards, and relevant standards development.Pay Range – $100,000 – $150,000 base, + bonus.BenefitsGenerous paid time offFlexible work schedules available for some positionsTenure awards – travel vouchers for approved travelCompetitive compensation packagesAnnual bonuses, spot bonuses and peer recognition awards401(k) match – 1:1 up to 4% of compensationTuition assistanceStudent loan repaymentPaid licensing / certification fees and renewalsFinancial rewards for obtaining licensureEmployee referralsAnnual wellness reimbursement for wellness-related items (e.g., gym memberships, fitness trackers, home gym equipment)Dependent care matchMedical (BC/BS), dental (Delta), and vision (VSP)Family planning & IVF benefitsPet insuranceHealth savings account & flexible spending account optionsEmployer-paid LTD, STD, and life insuranceMetLife supplemental benefits covering accident, hospitalization, and critical illnessMember assistance program with complimentary counseling, legal benefits, financial consultations, and work/life referral servicesWork/LifeGenerous paid time offFlexible work schedules available for some positionsTenure awards – travel vouchers for approved travelCompensationCompetitive compensation packagesAnnual bonuses, spot bonuses and peer recognition awards401(k) match – 1:1 up to 4% of compensationTuition assistanceStudent loan repaymentPaid licensing / certification fees and renewalsFinancial rewards for obtaining licensureEmployee referralsAnnual wellness reimbursement for wellness-related itemsDependent care matchMedical (BC/BS), dental (Delta), and vision (VSP)Family planning & IVF benefitsPet insuranceHealth savings account & flexible spending account optionsEmployer-paid LTD, STD, and life insuranceMetLife supplemental benefits covering accident, hospitalization, and critical illnessMember assistance program with counseling, legal benefits, financial consultations, and work/life referral services#J-18808-Ljbffr
